We’ll schedule a complimentary discovery call with you to ask the first questions to get you on the path to your vision.

So we thought we’d get you started with some frequently asked questions, or FAQs so you’ll be ahead of the game when you make your appointment. For example:

1. What’s included in my studio booking? All bookings include use of the studio space itself with built-in acoustic treatment, flexible lighting setups, and a mix of furniture and backdrops. Depending on your needs, we can provide:

  • Camera, lighting, and audio equipment

  • Crew support (videographer, sound engineer, photographer, PA)

  • Podcasting or video editing services post-production

2. Do I need to bring my own team and equipment? Liquid Studio is a one-stop shop when it comes to production. That means there’s no need to rent equipment, engineers or videographers, or to hire extra colonists or editors. We’ve got you covered from inception to hitting send. Our goal is to make sure your experience is smooth and compelling, and your output is high-quality.

3. What kinds of projects work best in the space? From solo content creators to company campaigns, we’ve supported a wide range of projects:

  • Personal and professional headshots

  • Corporate brand shoots

  • Podcast interviews and live discussions

  • Social media campaigns

  • Online courses and tutorials

…just to name a few!

4. Is there support available before my project? Yes! We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call prior to your booking to help tailor the space and services to your needs. Our on-site team can also support you during your session.

Before You Arrive: 4 Things to Consider

1. What are your project goals? Whether you’re filming a short, recording a podcast, or taking new headshots, having a clear sense of your goals will help us prepare the space to suit your needs.

2. Will you be on-camera? This will impact what you wear, how you prep, and whether you might need makeup or a stylist (we can help recommend one!).

3. What look and feel are you going for? Our studio can be adapted to a number of visual styles. Think about the mood, background, and lighting you want, and let us know during the discovery call.

4. Do you want editing services afterward? If you’re planning to use your content across platforms, you might want us to create cutdowns or add branding elements post-shoot. We’ll talk this through on your call.
