We coordinated with the client to plan the schedule, shot list, and technical setup. This included multi-camera coverage, audio recording, a dedicated photographer, and over 15 interviews with speakers and attendees.

Our crew recorded all keynote sessions, breakout panels, and interviews while the photography team captured candid and posed event moments, ensuring complete coverage of the conference.

Editors created a two-minute highlight video with branded graphics, color correction, and music, along with full-length session recordings. The photography team delivered over 250 retouched, high-resolution images.

All final assets were shared via a secure online gallery, optimized for web, social media, and internal use. The highlight video reached over 25,000 views in the first month, boosting engagement and promoting the following year’s event.

THE CONCLUSION

When unforeseen challenges emerged our team stayed calm, flexible, and focused on delivering excellence. The conference went on to feature more than 70 sessions and 130 speakers, including national leaders and top industry executives, without missing a beat.
